Steinkamp Christmas

We hosted Steinkamp Christmas at our house and it was wonderful to have the whole family together again. It has been a couple years since Terry and Becky and the boys could join us....so with all of us together again we definitely had a house full!  But it was so much fun!

Christmas Morning

The kids were up early to see what Santa brought them.....and he definitely didn't disappoint.  Hudson got some foam building blocks, Kinley got a sleeping bag and legos and Riley got some Star Wars legos.  They all got an easel for the playroom.

Christmas Eve

This year we headed over to Mom and Dad's again for Christmas Eve.  Kinley was BEYOND excited to finally get to open presents!!

Kinley and one of her favorite presents ever.....a silky blanket made especially for her by Grandma.  Her silky baby blanket that she sleeps with every night was getting too short and her feet were hanging out.....so Grandma came to the rescue.  She loves it and has slept with it every night since.

A xylophone for little buddy....  It was getting close to Hudson's bedtime so he was a big fan of his paci and blankie over a lot of his toys...but of course he wanted to play with the loudest thing he got!

Christmas Ornaments

We made our annual trip to Hallmark for the kids (and me) to pick out their annual Christmas ornament.

Yo Gabba Gabba!

As I have mentioned before, Hudson LOVES Yo Gabba Gabba and will almost always stop whatever he is doing to watch it.  Most of the time he will sit through the entire show....and sometimes two in a row if they show them back to back.  He always points to the TV if he hears you say Yo Gabba Gabba.  I saw this shirt on sale at Old Navy and knew I just had to get it.  He loved it!!  I was holding it up to show it to him and he wouldn't let me put it down!  I had to lay it out on the floor so he could see it and he kept coming and kneeling down to look at them and talk to them all night long!  It was the cutest thing!  I got out the camera and he sat right down when I told him to say cheese....he was so proud!  :)

~Santa~

We took our annual trip to Bass Pro Shop this weekend to sit on Santa's lap.  This first picture is as good as it got.....Hudson was NOT a fan....as you can tell by the second picture.  Kinley wasn't real sure about sitting on his lap this year either, but kept saying she would because Riley would be there to "protect" her.  Riley was a good sport again...I think he knew I really wanted a pic of all three of them.  I love their Santa and winter scene....it's beautiful and really gets you in the Christmas spirit.  It's such a fun an inexpensive trip to let the kiddos have some Christmas fun.  We love it and I already can't wait to go next year! 

 

Cuteness....

Matt was attempting to sneak up on Hudson to get a picture when Hudson spied him, stopped what he was doing, sat down and said "cheeee."  Matt and I couldn't believe it, where has our baby gone!!  He must have caught on when we were attempting to take Christmas card pictures the weekend before....when he would hardly look at the camera.  Looks like we should have waited a weekend to take them....  :)  I can't believe my baby is already making these kind of connections and becoming such a big boy!  :(

~Christmas Parade~

Kinley was sooo excited for the Minier Christmas Parade this year......she could not wait!  It was in the 60's and partly sunny.....can't ask for better weather for a parade in December!

 Hudson wasn't quite sure what to think, but he loved watching and I didn't hear a peep out of him the whole time.

 Miss him....
