~Pumpkin Patch~

I love fall....and one of my favorite fall activities is heading to the pumpkin patch.  Our weekends filled up quickly this year so we didn't get a trip to Tanner's in....but we did manage to make a quick weeknight trip to Rader's.  Kinley had soooo much fun!  I can't wait to take the kiddos again next year!

Starved Rock

Matt and I celebrated our anniversary with a quick get away to Staved Rock.   It was a beautiful weekend!!  We stayed at a bed and breakfast in Utica and it was so nice.  We got into town Friday evening and went to Duffy's to eat...they had such good food!  Saturday we hiked along the trails for about four hours and then went for a drink at Captain's Cove.  It was perfect hiking weather, 55 and sunny.  Later that evening we went back to Captain's Cover for dinner and the food was delicious there too!  It was a good thing we hiked for four hours considering how much food we ate that weekend!  Ha!

We love our kiddos dearly.....but it was wonderful to get away for the weekend just the two of us!! :)
